Are Plum products cruelty-free?
Yes, all Plum products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals at any stage of product development.
How do I determine my skin type?
You can use our online Skin Consultant tool or check our product descriptions, which categorize items by Oily, Dry, Combination, or Sensitive types.
Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?
No, we take pride in our 'No Nasties' policy. Our formulations are free from parabens, phthalates, SLS, and harmful chemicals.
Can I use multiple active ingredients together?
While many of our products are compatible, we recommend introducing one new active at a time. Consult our layering guide for specific combinations.
What is the shelf life of your skincare products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 to 12 months.
Are your containers recyclable?
Sustainability is core to Plum. We encourage you to send your empties back to us through our #PlumRecycles program in exchange for store credits.
